Quantum Connect- (QC) is a quick 30 - 45 minute, no trance method where I use brief exercises with you so that you can directly experience your expanded consciousness. You might think of it as a game that allows you to not only tap into your Higher self or intuition, but strengthen the "muscle" that is your "minds eye." The primary goal of a QC session is to demonstrate, in a very quick and direct way, that you are always connected to your Higher Self (HS). Your HS doesn't recede or go away and you don't necessarily need a trance state to receive direct communication from that higher aspect of yourself. One goal in this session is to show you how you might experience tapping into expended consiousness, so that you can mor easily do it on your own. We will not necessarily ask questions of the Higher Self during this time, but we will observe what comes up as well as any symbolic answers that may help you in your everyday life. This may be a is a good way to find out if a BQH Session is right for you!​ 

Some Examples of what we will do:
-Create or Discover your own Personal Healing flower in you rminds eye that you can actually use!
-Visit your own personal garden in your minds eye where you can not only meditate, but receive healing and even talk to your higher self, guides, Angels or loved ones.

While we won't be directly asking questions in this session, we will be looking for and bringing in symbolism or words of wisdom from your higher self, intuition, guides or lived ones.

I highly recommend doing one of these prior to a Hypnosis session as it helps you undestand how you will see things and receive information, as it differs from person to person. It can also give you some time to practice visualization before your BQH session.
