I had a wonderful experience with Brynna doing a past life regression. I was super excited to try it as its been something I've wanted to do my whole life. Brynna was fantastic. At first, it was a little tricky for me to fully drop into parts of the experience, I have done hypnosis before and I had a similar experience where I would say I'm not 'easily hypnotized' in the sense that sometimes I wouldn't get anything visual or I would come to a blank space. Brynna was absolutely amazing at recognizing when I had 'hit a wall'. She was able to expertly guide me in ways where I was able to then drop in. I'm not sure exactly how to explain it, but she just knew when to take me to a different place and how to get me into a deeper state of relaxation and hypnosis. She was very patient and took her time. We successfully were able to go into multiple past lives, and she guided me really well as again as I wasn't getting anything that was super intensely visual. She knew just the right questions to ask without creating suggestions. Eventually the further that we got into hypnosis the more visual aspects I was able to receive and experience. I did have certain visions that were very strong, certain things that came up which I just had a sense of strong knowing was accurate. It was a wonderful experience which I was able to reflect on for a few days afterwards, I found that there were certain things in my life where I could create actual links between the experiences that I had in the past life regression and things that are prominent in my life today. In the past life regression we were able to heal the wounded parts of my past self, which was a really beautiful and enriching experience. Everything was also recorded so I'm able to play it back at any point.

My session with Brynna was an amazing experience and life changing. Brynna's gentle, soothing voice immediately gave me a sense of ease. I then entered into 2 emotionally intense past life experiences. She guided me through this experience, and then directed me to go back to heal & transform everything that has caused me pain. This experience has offered a whole new awareness allowing me to view, process and respond to experiences in my life in a far more relaxed, positive, connected and loving way. I totally recommend Brynna.

​I had my very first BQH session with Brynna and it was fantastic! In the session I experienced 4 moments from earlier in this lifetime that addressed 2 different problems I have in my life. Brynna guided me through this and helped me let go of the trauma this situations had caused me.  I also had one past life experience which I entered in a difficult way but Brynna skillfully guided me through this experience as well. I now understand why I think and feel a certain way about a specific topic in is lifetime. It was really helpful and a breathtaking experience to say the least!

I normally struggle with getting into trance, but Brynna has a natural gift with the voice for putting one into a trance, is skilled at guiding you through the experience and helping you connect with your guides. It was a beautiful and life changing experience.
